R 2:
R - do a check of the status of the circuit breakers (4DD1, 4DD2).
R (1) If these circuit breakers are closed:
R - do a check for 115VAC at pin A/1 of the L ice detector (2DD1) and
R the R ice detector (2DD2).
R (a) If there is 115VAC:
R - replace the DET-ICE, L (2DD1) and the DET-ICE, R (2DD2) (Ref.
R AMM TASK 30-81-31-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 30-81-31-400-R 001).
R (b) If there is no 115VAC:
R - do a check for a ground signal at pin A/7 of the L ice detector
R (2DD1) and pin A/7 of the R ice detector (2DD2).
R 1_ If there is no ground signal:
R - repair the wiring between pin A/7 of the L ice detector and
R the ground terminal and wiring between pin A/7 of the R ice
R detector and the ground terminal.
R 2_ If there is a ground signal:
R - do a check of the wiring between pin A/1 of the L ice
R detector and the circuit breaker (4DD1) and the wiring
R between pin A/1 of the R ice detector and the circuit
R breaker (4DD2).
R a_ If there is no continuity:
R - repair the above wiring.
R b_ If there is continuity:
R - replace the circuit breaker (4DD1) and the circuit
R breaker (4DD2).
R (2) If these circuit breakers are open:
R - close the circuit breakers.
R (a) If the circuit breakers trip:
R - replace the DET-ICE, L (2DD1) and the DET-ICE, R (2DD2).
R 1_ If the fault continues:
R - do a check for a short to ground at the wiring between pin
R A/1 of the L ice detector and the circuit breaker (4DD1) and
R the wiring between pin A/1 of the R ice detector and the
R circuit breaker (4DD2).
R a_ If there is a short to ground:
R - repair the related wiring.

R  b_  If there is no short to ground:
R  - replace the C/B-ANTI ICE/ICE DET/L (4DD1) and the
R  C/B-ANTI ICE/ICE DET/R (4DD2).
R  (b) If these circuit breakers stay closed and the fault continues:
