VHF system
-If communication is necessary between the aircraft and the control tower, on the RMP (Radio Management Panel) 11VU, push the VHF1 pushbutton switch. On the panel 60VU, connect a boomset.
(b)
Flight interphone system
-On the panel 108VU, connect a boomset to the FLT INT socket. This lets you speak to the cockpit.

F. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
On the panel 400VU:
-make sure that the pressure indication on the Yellow brake-pressure triple-indicator is correct: 3000 psi (206.8427 bar). The pointer must be in the green range.
-if necessary, pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-863-001).
(2)
On the panel 110VU, set the PARKING BRK control-switch to OFF.
(3)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system during the towing operation (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-863-001).
NOTE : If you energized the aircraft electrical circuits with the
____ engine, do not pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system.

Subtask 09-10-00-584-055
A. Towing
WARNING : DURING TOWING/TAXIING OPERATIONS (LOW-SPEED OPERATIONS_______ INCLUDED), EACH PERSON IN THE AIRCRAFT MUST BE IN A SEAT AND THE SEAT BELT MUST BE FASTENED. IF THE SEAT BELT IS NOT FASTENED, THERE IS A RISK OF INJURY IF THE AIRCRAFT STOPS SUDDENLY.
R R R R R R R R R WARNING : WHEN YOU TOW THE AIRCRAFT WITH A TOWBARLESS TRACTOR, THE_______ PARKING BRAKE OR THE BRAKE PEDALS SHALL ONLY BE USED IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. IF YOU APPLY THE PARKING BRAKE OR THE BRAKE PEDALS, YOU CAN CAUSE: - OVERLOAD TO THE NOSE LANDING GEAR - DAMAGE TO THE TOWBARLESS TRACTOR - INJURY TO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. IF THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST REFER TO AIRBUS.
CAUTION : PUT THE PARKING BRK CONTROL SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION BEFORE_______ YOU TOW OR PUSH BACK THE AIRCRAFT. THIS IS TO PREVENT HIGH LOADS WHICH CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE NOSE LANDING GEAR.
R R NOTE : You can use this towing procedure to disengage the aircraft from____ the gate area. No other operational towing is permitted.
(1) Tow slowly and smoothly. (Ref. TASK 09-10-00-584-001)
NOTE : During towing operations, put one person in the cockpit to____ operate the brakes if necessary.
NOTE : You must do a normal towing operation on an applicable ground____ surface only.

(1) After you complete the towing operation, make sure that the nose wheels are aligned with the aircraft centerline.

On the panel 60VU, disconnect the boomset. Release the VHF1 pushbutton switch if there is communication between the control tower and the cockpit.
(3)

E. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2)
Remove the PIN (D23156000).
