limit and level off at 15,000 feet MSL. The flight crew must then retract the speed
brakes and landing gear and apply thrust to resume normal flight. If the airplane
slows to stall warning the autopilot will disconnect.
• The autopilot EDM is annunciated by a red EDM message in the PFD autopilot
status box. This mode can only be cancelled by disengaging the autopilot.

WARNING
It is the pilot's responsibility to determine Minimum Safe Altitude and to
ensure that the autopilot does not turn the airplane into traffic, terrain or
hazardous weather.
NOTE
• Refer to the Crew and Passenger Oxygen Duration Charts in Section III, Normal
Procedures, Figure 3-4 or 3-5 for the available oxygen supply.
• Further descent to 10,000 feet MSL is recommended to increase the available
oxygen supply time for the pilot and copilot.
13. Descend (if conditions permit) to 10,000 feet MSL.

 TAIL CONE BLEED LEAK
(RED TAIL CONE BLD LK CAS MESSAGE)
Indicates that the tail cone temperature sensor has detected a tail cone temperature over 82ºC
(180ºF) which may indicate a bleed air leak or fire in the tailcone.

 BATTERY OVER-TEMPERATURE
(RED BATTERY O’TEMP CAS MESSAGE)
Indicates that the battery temperature is above 71°C (160°F). If the message turns amber, it
indicates a battery temperature between 63°C and 71°C (145°F and 160°F).
NOTE
If battery amps decrease, and battery voltage is 1 volt less than generator voltage
within 30 seconds to 2 minutes, monitor BATTERY O’TEMP message.
