List (MEL) issued by the FAA.

2. An alternate procedure is provided in the basic FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual for the
inoperative state of the listed equipment and all limitations are complied with.

The following systems and equipment list does not include all equipment required by
the 14 CFR Parts 91 and 135 Operating Requirements. It also does not include
components obviously required for the airplane to be airworthy such as wings,
primary flight controls, empennage, engine, etc.
