normally as a page of the AFM or AOM certified by the Slate

the noise cen~ficatc described under 2.3.2. Therefore the
format given in Figure G-1 can equally serve as a standard
fonnal for the complementary document. although some items
may not be needed.
2.3.3.2 Normally only OM set of the two documents
should be issued for each aircraft. If a noise certification documcnt
h3s lost its validity, it should be suspended or revokcd.
If multlple documents have been issued ondcr this option. it

only Items 1 through 6 and llerns 18 through 20 of 2.1.
This can k either in the form of a noise certificate or in the
form of a certificate of airworthiness for those States that
Include noise requirements In their airworthiness requirements
(with the same observation as in the second option). The
remaining items of 2.1 should be translcrred to the sccond and
third complementary noise certification documents.
2.3.4.2 The second document, normally presented as a

described under 2.3.2. all informatron corresponding to a
given configuration comprising Item 5 and lterns 7 lhrough 17.
Each list of parameters corresponding to a given configuration
is identified by a "configuration number", for example "xu.
Therefore the format given in Figure G- l can equally serve for
the items concerned, with the addition of the configuration
number.
2.3.4.3 The third document under this optlon is issued
accord~ngto a national regulatory process. 11 states that an aircraft
