Evacuation
8.8 - Added reference to evacuation in windy conditions. This information is
also contained in the RTO section of chapter 3, but is added here also making
it easier to locate.
Method of Evacuation
8.8 - Added guidance to help the crew determine if the emergency method or
a less urgent method should be used when initiating the Evacuation NNC.
Flight Controls
8.10 - Moved discussion about approach and landing considerations to the
beginning of the chapter. These considerations could also apply for other
non-normal conditions. Removed reference to setting of airspeed bugs
because they are set using the normal procedure, modified by the appropriate
NNC.

Hydraulics
8.18 - Deleted note about autolands with an inoperative hydraulic system. Fail
operational airplanes can perform autolands if the hydraulic system becomes
inoperative below alert height. A discussion of autolands with hydraulic
systems inoperative is contained in the AFDS Autoland Capabilities section
in Chapter 5.

8.19 - Added considerations about landing and taxi with nose wheel steering
inoperative.
Tire Failure during or after Takeoff
8.19 - New section added to provide guidance and considerations for crews
experiencing a tire failure during or after takeoff.
