C. Under Disassembly, the disassembly procedures for parts requiring removal to allow for visual inspection and for parts that can be removed and/or replaced are detailed.
D. The Cleaning section lists cleaning agents/materials, as well as instructions for "In-Service Cleaning", "Field Maintenance", and "Periodic Maintenance" of the unit.

J.  The Illustrated Parts List section:

An itemized breakdown of parts used on the unit which are illustrated as necessary to provide for their identification.

A numerical index listing all spare parts by part number.

A vendor list identifying the manufacturer of a part(s) not produced by Bolder MFG, including their name, address and Cage Code.

A brief introduction on how to use this portion of the manual.

K.  The Removal section provides unit removal instructions from the aircraft.
L.  The Installation section provides instructions for unit installation on the aircraft.
M. The Servicing section provides restoration procedures of the unit.
N.  The Storage section provides storing procedures of the unit while not installed in
the aircraft.

4.  Revisions
A. This manual will be updated in accordance with ATA iSpec 2200.
B. Service Bulletins will be issued separately; however, manual revisions will reflect the impact of applicable Service Bulletins.
 C. Bolder Mfg document control / release system will provide copies of this CMM/IPL to
 all airlines operating the units described herein. All revisions to this manual will be distributed in the same manner.

 

DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION

General

The Class Divider part number BM0901D01M1-501 is on B757-200.
The unit is an integrally-bonded structure fabricated from fiberglass-sandwich panels, and
aluminum extrusions.

2.
Description

A.  General
The Class Divider is used as a Class Divider.

B. Unit Attachments The LH RH Class Divider installation in the aircraft requires two (2) ceiling attachments and two (2) lower attachments. Refer to Figure 2- Class Divider Attachments.
