1. Storage Instructions
A. The unit assembly is essentially corrosion resistant and therefore no special
preservation is required.
B. Wrap assembly in waterproof wrapping paper (Federal Specification UU-P-271, or equivalent) or plastic cover. Use tape Federal Specification JAB-P-217, or equivalent) to secure wrapping paper or cover.
C. Identify unit by part number, serial number and date of maintenance or overhaul on a tag or in a convenient location on wrapper. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
