Prior to assembly and installation, inspect all parts for wear and/or damage which could result in failure of the unit or any of its component assemblies. Mechanically fastened, individual component parts, not bonded to the structure should be assembled by qualified personnel using standard shop practices.
NOTE:  After assembly, make sure that all CLEANING, CHECK AND REPAIR
procedures found in their respective sections for all component parts and
subsystems are completed.

2. Installation
A. Unit Installation
NOTE:  CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL RIVETED, SPOT WELDED, OR BONDED ASSEMBLIES AND COMPONENTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION/ASSEMBLY. DO NOT REMOVE THESE ITEMS UNLESS REQUIRED DUE TO DAMAGE OR OTHER NEED FOR REPLACEMENT.
CAUTION:  EXERCISE EXTREME CARE WHEN REMOVING SCREWS OR BOLTS THAT ATTACH A PART TO THE SYNTHETIC PANELING. THREADED INSERTS, WHICH ARE INSTALLED IN THE PANELING TO RECEIVE SCREWS OR BOLTS, ARE INSTALLED IN PANELING WITH POTTING COMPOUND. UNNECESSARY DAMAGE TO THESE INSERTS WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT WITH LARGER INSERTS.

SERVICING
1.
General

The unit must be serviced before it is checked or repaired. Servicing will restore the unit performance and appearance.

2.
Servicing Materials

Only use recommended servicing agents and materials (or appropriate equivalents). Take care to comply with all cautions and warnings.
Equivalent substitutes may be used for listed items.
WARNING:  SOME AGENTS AND MATERIALS CAN BE DETRIMENTAL TO DECORATIVE TRIMS AND/OR FINISHES, AS WELL AS HARMFUL TO PERSONNEL, IF HANDED IMPROPERLY.

3. Servicing While Disassembled
Perform these steps at any time the Divider is disassembled, partial or complete over haul of the unit performed. Areas not normally exposed are to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at this time.
WARNING:  AVOID BREATHING THE VAPORS OR FUMES FROM ANY CLEANING SOLVENT. GOGGLES, GLOVES, A MASK AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING ARE TO BE WORN TO PREVENT IRRITATION FROM PROLONGED CONTACT WITH CLEANING AGENTS. CLOTHES
