• FFP1 ICR Implementation:
– Evaluate potential applications of Data and Display
Conferencing between participating sites
• Two-phased approach:
– Initially, the evaluation of infrastructure and some applications
at a limited number of sites
– Followed by the rapid expansion to 14 major NAS facilities
– System Components:
• NT Workstations and video conference systems provide display
conferencing capability (alternatives in evaluation)
• Dedicated ISDN lines provide data backbone
• Web server technologies provide interface
