 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2) Close the panels and the doors that were open for the inspection.
 (3) Remove the access platform(s).
 (4) Remove the warning notice(s).
 (5) Close the main doors of the main gear (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).
 (6) Close the doors of the nose gear (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-410-001).

 Inspection After Brake Overheat 
R R R R  WARNING : DO NOT GO NEAR A HOT WHEEL FOR ONE HOUR AFTER A BRAKE OVERHEAT IF THE_______ TIRE IS INFLATED, EXCEPT TO PUT THE WHEEL CHOCKS IN POSITION. IF YOU MUST GO NEAR THE WHEEL, GO FROM THE FRONT OR THE REAR BUT NOT FROM THE SIDE OF THE WHEEL. THERE IS A RISK OF A TIRE BURST.
 WARNING : LET THE BRAKES AND THE WHEELS BECOME COOL BEFORE YOU GO NEAR THE_______ LANDING GEAR. DO NOT APPLY A LIQUID OR GAS FIRE EXTINGUISHER DIRECTLY ON A HOT WHEEL OR BRAKE UNIT. THIS COULD CAUSE AN EXPLOSION.
 WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SAFETY-LOCKS ARE IN POSITION ON THE LANDING_______ GEAR.
 WARNING : DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF POWDER EXTINGUISHANTS. THE DEPOSITS_______ SMOTHER THE FIRE BUT THEY ALSO LIMIT THE DISSIPATION OF THE HEAT AND THIS CAN CAUSE PERMANENT STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO : - BRAKE - WHEEL - AXLE YOU MUST NOT APPLY THE EXTINGUISHANT (EVEN WATER MIST) WITH A SPRAY GUN DIRECTLY ON THE CARBON HEAT PACK OF THE BRAKE. THIS CAN CAUSE THERMAL SHOCK.
 1. Reason for the Job__________________ 
R R R R R R R  This inspection is necessary after a crew report of: - a brake temperature of more than 900 deg.C, - wheel fuse plug(s) melt. The temperature of the brakes can be too high after: - an acceleration-stop, - the emergency application of the brakes, - frequent use of the brakes, - a failure of the braking control. If the temperature of the brakes is too high, one or more of the fuse plugs can melt. This causes: - damage to the tire, - possible damage to the wheel, - too much load on the opposite tire. This can cause damage to the tire.
