1. AURAL/VISUAL WARNING SYSTEM
A. Configuration Warning
Indication: The following configuration warning messages and aurals come on when
advancing thrust levers to take-off power (greater than 70% N1):
WARNING MESSAGE AURAL WARNING
CONFIG AP “CONFIG AUTOPILOT”
CONFIG FLAPS “CONFIG FLAPS”
CONFIG SPOILERS “CONFIG SPOILERS”
CONFIG STAB “CONFIG TRIM”
PARKING BRAKE “CONFIG BRAKES”
(1) Take-off ................................................................Reject
(2) Airplane configuration........................................ Confirm Check the position of the
following items:
• Autopilot;
• Flaps;
• Spoilers;
• Stabilizer; and
• Parking brake.
Erroneous configuration messages and aurals occur:
