TROUBLE-SHOOTING
1. General
Use these flow-charts to trouble-shoot the electrical distribution system.
Connect volt meter to
battery. Select master
switch to off
Ref. MM 24-31 Is battery
voltage low? Yes Recharge battery as per

master to on. Is battery
voltage present on the bus
side of the battery
relay

present on the bus

Disconnect the battery.
Disconnect wire
#24301A20N from battery
relay coil. Select Batt
master switch on. Using an
ohm meter check wire
#24301A20N for continuity
between the battery relay
coil terminal and ground.
Continuity ? Yes Replace battery relay Ref.

continuity of wire

Batt master switch and
ground. Is there
continuity?
Replace Gen/Batt Master
switch as per

there continuity

between battery relay coil
