11.1 Irrespective of the method of training and assessment that may be used, units must maintain an accurate record of the training that is conducted in accordance with the TRUCE plan. The TRUCE plan should describe the method used to record the training that has been conducted and successfully completed by each controller. It is often useful for the training records to include the comments of both the trainer and controller to aid the feedback process.
11.2 At units that participate in the Unit Competence Scheme, the TRUCE records must include details of the UCE's assessment of the controller's performance.
11.3 TRUCE documentation, training and assessment records are subject to inspection or audit by ATSD.
