Look for bubbles to find leaks.
(c)
Remove the leak detection compound immediately after you do the check to make the fittings and connections dry.
CAUTION: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE FITTINGS AND CONNECTIONS MORE THAN
_______ THE TORQUE WHICH IS PERMITTED. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THESE PARTS
1) If you find leaks, tighten the fittings and connections. 2) If you cannot stop the leaks, send the portable oxygen cylinder to an approved facility for an overhaul.
NOTE: Do not permit the leaks to continue.

(4) Make sure the portable oxygen cylinder is in compliance with local regulatory requirements currently in effect for hydrostatic test.
NOTE: The last hydrostatic test data will be stamped on the
