__________________
A. During normal operation of the FQIS/FWC/DMC this is a configuration warning. The temperature of the fuel in the wing tank is more or less than the limit for safe operation of the aircraft in flight. It is not a warning of a system/LRU failure or malfunction.
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the Wing Tank temperature system is under suspicion:
- do (Ref. TASK 28-42-00-810-830).

A. On the MCDU set the sequence that follows:
- CFDS MENU
- SYSTEM REPORT/TEST
- FUEL
- CLASS 3 FAULTS.
(1) If the message NO DATA FROM CFDIU is shown do the fault isolation:

____ Where an ARINC Reader and test connectors are available, the ARINC data can be checked at:
- the FQIC 3QT rack connector.

4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the MCDU shows the message NO DATA FROM CFDIU:
- temporarily replace the FQIC 3QT with a serviceable item (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-400-001).
NOTE : Para. A. has been included as it is important to make sure that

the FQIC is serviceable before you start more steps.
(1) If the message NO DATA FROM CFDIU is not shown:
- complete the installation of the FQIC (3QT), (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-400-001).
(2) If the message NO DATA FROM CFDIU is shown:
- Install the initial FQIC 3QT, (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-42-34-400-001).
(3) Replace the CFDIU (1TW), (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).
(4) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
(5) If the fault continues:
- do a wiring check on the aircraft wiring data link between the CFDIU (1TW) and the FQIC (3QT) (Ref. ASM 28-42/04).
(6) Repair/replace all the unserviceable wiring and connectors.
(7) Do the test given in Para. 3.A.
