(1) Degrease and clean the surface to which the label is to be affixed using CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004), then thoroughly dry out.

A. Label Installation
(1) Label to be bonded to fabric impregnated with silicone synthetic rubber.
(a) Bond the label with BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) as per Vendor instructions.

(2) Label to be affixed to fabric impregnated with Viton synthetic rubber.
(a)
Apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) only after the Viton coating has been treated with a bond coat comprising MB primer of the same composition.
(b)
Let the primer dry for 30 minutes before you install the label.

(1)
Remove the backing paper.
(2)
Affix the label and smooth out working from the center outwards to prevent the formation of air bubbles.
(3)
Smooth out the whole surface.
