NOTE 1: A seat with an inoperative seat
belt is considered to be inoperative.
NOTE 2: A seat with an inoperative recline
mechanism is considered to be inoperative
if seat back cannot be secured in the upright
position.
NOTE 3: Affected Seat(s) may include the
seat(s) behind and/or adjacent outboard
seats.
Maintenance will ensure
affected Seat is appropriately
secured or stowed so it does
NOT block emergency egress to
an aisle or exit. Affected seat
will be blocked and placarded.
Flight crew will ensure
