Lighting configuration and intensity is acceptable to the flight crew,

Both dome lights are operative, and
e)
Main panel flood light operates normally.

NOTE: Dome lights are considered operative with a minimum of three bulbs illuminated in each assembly.

FAA engineering approval letter,

Limitations and Conditions section of the applicable Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), or
4)
An FAA approved report incorporated in the Master Drawing List for the applicable STC.
