Calculating the Obstacle Clearance Surface (OCS) Slope Ratio
The OCS slope is calculated by taking the difference in heights of the OCS surface at
ROCpfaf and ROC250:

Calculating the OCS LTP to Origin Distance
The OCS origin is calculated by taking the distance from threshold of the 250 ft point of
the designed glidepath and subtracting the distance along the OCS slope from zero to
the ROC250 point.
