SMOKE DETECTION
The lavatory smoke detection system consists of :
- One smoke detector in each lavatory.
- A double channel Smoke Detection Control Unit (SDCU).
When a detector finds smoke in a lavatory, it sends a signal to the SDCU. The SDCU
transmits it to the flight warning computer (for warning display in the cockpit) and to the
ClDS (for warning in the cabin).
