The number shows the quantity of fuel in each tank

This blue light comes on when the system detects a high fuel leve
The corresponding refuel valve closes automatically.
REFUEL VALVES sel (guarded in NORM)
NORM Automatic refueling logic controls the refuel valves.
OPEN Valves open when the MODE SELECT switch is set to REFUEL or DEFUEL
position. When the MODE SELECT switch is in the REFUEL position, each
refuel/defuel valve closes when the system detects a high level in the
associated tank.
SHUT Valves close.
