An air operation involving the employment of air power in coordination with

A subordinate operational component of the Marine Air Command and Control

Information link
A netted link in which one unit acts as a net control station and interrogates
each unit by roll call. Once interrogated, that unit transmits its data to the net.
This means that each unit receives all the information transmitted.

War
The level of war at which battles and engagements are planned and executed to
accomplish military objectives assigned to tactical units or task forces.

(TOA)
That area between the fire support coordination line and the rear operations
area where maximum flexibility in the use of airspace is needed to assure mission
accomplishment.

Center (TOC)
A physical grouping of those elements of an Army general and special staff
