for Take-off:
DH  Touch down RVR  Mid RVR  Rollout RVR
Nil  125 M  125 M  125 M

Note: For Take-off, select config -2 and use full length of Rwy or intersection whereas permitted in CAT II/III conditions. Use TOGA power.
5.3. Low Visibility Take-off Minima (LVTOM)
Refer GOC DT: GEN: I-170, dated 21 August 2009 and AOM Tables.
5.4 Minima Criteria for Dispatch
The existing policy on minima for dispatch is that forecast Met conditions at either destination or at least one alternate aerodrome will (at the expected arrival time) be at or above the Aerodrome Operating Minima.

5.5 Minima for Continuation of Approach.
DGCA specifies that an approach may not be continued if the weather reported is below minima. Hence, at any stage during approach upto DH., if RVR reported is below minima a missed approach must be initiated.
5.6 Minima for foreign Airport
Before operating flights to foreign airports, the operators shall file their operating minima and other relevant documents required by the aviation authority of that country and seek their approval for commencing CAT-II and CAT-IIIA/B Operations after obtaining approval from DGCA India for the same.

Chapter 6 -AIRFIELD REQUIREMENT FOR CAT II / III A/B OPERATIONS
6.1 ILS Performance Requirements
6.1.1 ILS CAT II
An ILS which provides guidance information from the coverage limit of the ILS to the point at which localizer course line intersects the ILS glide path at a height of 50 ft or less above the horizontal plane containing the threshold.
6.1.2. ILS CAT III
An ILS, which with the aid of ancillary equipment where necessary, provides guidance information from the coverage limit of the facility to, and along, the surface of runway. Hence, Cat-II ILS meets Cat-II & Cat-IIIA Ops. requirement.
6.1.3. Course Alignment Accuracy.
The mean course line shall be adjusted and maintained within
limits equivalent to the following displacements from runway
centre line at the ILS reference datum (i.e., the point at a
specified height above RWY centre line at the threshold):
a) Cat I localizers: ± 35 ft,
b) Cat II localizers: ± 25 ft, (Recommended 15ft)
c) Cat III localizers: ± 10 ft.

6.1.4 Glide Path Accuracy.
The Glide Path angle shall be adjusted and maintained within  a) Cat I & II glide path: 0.075 GPA from GP (0.225 deg for
3 deg G/S) b) Cat III glide path: 0.040 GPA from GP (0.12 deg for 3
deg G/S) Height of the ILS reference datum for Facility Performance Categories II and III – ILS shall be 50 ft. A tolerance of plus 10 ft is permitted.
6.1.5. Marker Beacons
The requirements of Marker Beacons /DME / Locators for facility Cat-II and Cat-III ILS remain same as for Cat-I ILS. An inner marker may be required due to irregular underlying terrain.
