Chapter 5 -OPERATING MINIMA
5.1. As per Regulations following minima to be considered:
Airfield Operating Minima: established by the airport
authority and published on approach charts.
Operator’s Minima: the lowest minima that an operator is
approved to use at a specified airfield, following an approval
from its operational authority.
Crew Minima: lowest minima that the crew is authorised
depending on the crew qualifications.
Aircraft Minima: lowest minima an aircraft is certified for
and specified in the AFM.
5.2 DGCA APPROVED MINIMA FOR NACIL (I)
5.2.1. As per DGCA letter No. A.V. 22012/3/2004-FID dated 1st Dec 2009; the following Minima is approved for ILS CAT II & IIIA :

5.2.2 ILS CAT III B Operations
As per DGCA letter No. HOP/21-7034(Trg)/1476 dated 29th Dec 2008 from Executive Director (OPS) NACIL (I), New Delhi; DGCA has permitted NACIL (I) to carry out ILS CAT III B landing with Nil DH and RVR 75 M i.e.
