The aim of the Initial Training is to acquire the knowledge and skills required for the issue of
the Cabin Crew license, to acquire the knowledge necessary for the performance of activities
and fulfilment of duties concerning regular flight operations and regular airplane operations
and to acquire the knowledge to communicate in Czech / English languages on board
airplane.
Training techniques: Instruction, video TV, Power Point Presentation, Handouts, Lectures,
Group Work, Fire Fighting Trainer, B737 Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer, Swimming

The Initial Training consists of the following topics:
Fire fighting and smoke training 4 hrs
Water survival training 1 hr
Survival training - ground (polar, desert, jungle) and sea 2 hrs

The aim of the Conversion Training for A 310 is to train participants for the Cabin Crew
position.
Conversion Training fulfils the requirements of EU OPS 1.1010 and Training Programme of
Czech Airlines.
Training techniques: Instruction, Video TV, Power Point Presentation, Handouts, Lectures,
Aircraft Field Visit, Group Work, A310 Cabin Emergency Evacuation Trainer, Fire Fighting
Trainer (optional), Swimming Pool with A310 slide raft.

Emergency and safety equipment 4 hrs
Realistic training and demonstration of safety equipment 2 hrs
