Chers lecteurs
Je suis heureux de vous présenter cette nouvelle édition
de Skyway qui adopte un style nouveau pour vous donner des
informations nouvelles et récentes sur les grandes questions et
les défis majeurs qui se posent au secteur du transport aérien.
Chaque numéro continuera d’être centré sur un thème
spécifique, qui sera traité en profondeur et sous différents
angles, notre objectif étant d’offrir une plateforme pour un dialogue
constructif.
La présente édition est consacrée au deuxième paquet du
Ciel unique européen, approuvé en mars dernier par les
ministres des Transports de l’UE et qui vient d’être formellement
adopté par le Conseil. Dans les pages qui suivent, plusieurs
personnalités de premier plan nous exposent les priorités de
leurs organisations respectives ainsi que leurs points de vue sur
les enjeux de cette période critique et la nécessité de traduire les
engagements en actions concrètes.
Le deuxième paquet du Ciel unique européen
constitue une avancée importante pour l’amélioration
des performances de l’aviation européenne en ce qu’il
fixe des objectifs contraignants dans les domaines clés
que sont la sécurité, la capacité du réseau, l’efficacité
