The door must be openable from the inside and the outside when the internal locking mechanism is in the locked position.
(3)
There must be a means of opening which is simple and obvious and is arran-ged and marked inside and outside so that the door can be readily located, unlocked, and opened, even in darkness.
(4)
The door must meet the marking requirements of Sec. 23.811 of this part.
