Megohmmeter:
(a)
QuadTech 1864, (or equivalent): A special megohmmeter is necessary to do the electrical check with the fuel pump installed on the airplane. The megohmmeter must have 10 VDC and 500 VDC voltage supply options with a maximum short circuit current of 5 milliamperes. The QuadTech model 1864 megohmmeter is recommended.

NOTE: Test equipment for the low voltage on-wing safety check
