I. FLT-GRD Switch (Test Pin G or Test Jack 7)
(1)
Place FLT-GRD switch to GRD.
(2)
Check that LANDING GEAR LIGHTS circuit breaker on panel P6 is closed (in). Check that voltage at test pin G or test jack 7 is 20 to 31 volts dc.
NOTE: If no voltage is present at test pin G or test jack 7, check for an open ground on the ground sensor in the landing gear strut switch circuit.
(3)
Open LANDING GEAR LIGHTS circuit breaker and check that voltage at test pin G or test jack 7 is less than 2 volts dc.
(4)
Close LANDING GEAR LIGHTS circuit breaker and check that voltage at test pin G or test jack 7 is 20 to 31 volts dc.
(5)
Place FLT-GRD switch to FLT and check that voltage at test pin G or test jack 7 is less than 2 volts dc.
J. Air Data Computer Potentiometer Wiper (Test Pin H or Test Jack 8)
CAUTION: TO AVOID DAMAGE TO AIR DATA COMPUTER, ASSURE THAT VOLTMETER IS SET AT THAT PROPER VOLTAGE SCALE BEFORE MAKING CONTACT BETWEEN TEST PINS H AND N OR TEST JACKS 8 AND 13. DO NOT CHANGE VOLTAGE SCALES AFTER CONTACT IS MADE BETWEEN TEST PINS H AND N OR TEST JACKS 8 AND 13. IF A MULTIMETER IS USED, DO NOT USE THE OHMS SCALE OF THE METER AT TEST PIN H OR TEST JACK 8.
NOTE: This test checks the No. 1 air data computer (No. 2 air data computer on airplanes with SB 21-1119).
(1) Record field pressure. Voltage between jacks 8 and 13 - multiply field pressure by 0.6448 volt/in. Hg, or by 0.0191 volt/mbs, as applicable. Voltage between pins H and N - multiply field pressure by 0.4836 volt/in. Hg, or by 0.0143 volt/mbs, as applicable. Check voltage from test pin H to test pin N or test jack 8 to test jack 13. Voltage should read within + 0.1 volt dc of the calculated voltage value.

K. AC Actuator Motor Brake Voltage (Test Pin J or Test Jack 9)
(1)
Place mode selector switch to AUTO and check that voltage at test pin J or test jack 9 is 19 to 33 volts dc.
(2)
Place mode selector switch to STBY and check that voltage at test pin J or test jack 9 is less than 2 volt dc.
(3)
Place mode selector switch to AC MAN and FLT-GRD switch to GRD.
(4)
Move outflow valve toggle switch to CLOSE and then to OPEN and check that voltage at test pin J or test jack 9 is 19 to 33 volts dc.
L. AC Actuator Clutch Voltage (Test Pin K or Test Jack 10)
(1)
Place mode selector switch to AUTO and check that voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is less than 2 volts dc.
(2)
Place mode selector switch to AC MAN and move outflow valve toggle switch to CLOSE and then to OPEN. Check that voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is less than 2 volts dc.
(3)
Place mode selector switch to STBY and check that voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is 20 to 31 volts dc.
(4)
Place mode selector switch to DC MAN and check that voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is 20 to 31 volts dc.
M. DC Actuator Clutch Voltage (Test Pin L or Test Jack 11)
(1)
Place mode selector switch to AUTO and then to AC MAN. Check that voltage at test pin L or test jack 11 is less than 2 volts dc.
(2)
Place mode selector switch to STBY and then to DC MAN. Check that voltage at test pin L or test jack 11 is 20 to 31 volts dc.
N. AC Actuator Motor Winding (Test Pin M or Test Jack 12)
(1)
Place mode selector switch to AUTO and FLT-GRD switch to FLT. With the outflow valve at the stop, and as the valve moves from the open to closed position, check that voltage at test pin M or test jack 12 is 10 volts ac minimum.
(2)
Place mode selector switch to AC MAN and place outflow valve toggle switch to OPEN. Check that voltage at test pin M is 16 to 32 volts ac or at test jack 12 is less than 2 volts ac.
(3)
Move outflow valve toggle switch to CLOSE. Check that voltage at test pin M is less than 2 volts ac or at test jack 12 is 16 to 32 volts ac.
