A. Test
(1) Do the BITE test of the ATIMS (Ref. AMM TASK 46-21-00-740-001).
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test gives the maintenance message :
FMGC1(1CA1) BUS FM ACARS/ATSU1(1TX1):
- replace the FMGC-1 (1CA1) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the ATSU (1TX1) (Ref. AMM TASK 46-21-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 46-21-34-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- remove the FMGC 1 and the ATSU
- do a check and repair the wiring of the PRINTER ACARS & ATSU DATA BUS: between pins AB/12F,12G of the FMGC 1 and pins AA/7C,7D of the ATSU (Ref. ASM 46-21/05)
- install the FMGC 1 and the ATSU.
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
