A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU, make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2) On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU, make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off. Make sure that a warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

R A. Installation of the Upper Right (R/H) Thermocouple Lead Assembly (Upper R Right T495 Sector) R
R (1) Remove blanking plugs and caps.
R (2) Lubricate the threads of the LPT case studs (30) with Molykote P37 R (Material No. CP2544).
R (3) Lubricate the threads of the bolts (60), (70), (130), (170) with R graphite grease (Material No. CP2101).
R (4) Carefully install the upper right thermocouple lead assembly (upper R right T495 sector) (20) in position on the engine, and engage the R upper right T495 sector probes in the LPT case.
R (5) Install the parts which attach the upper right T495 sector as R follows:

R (6) TORQUE the nuts (10), (80) to between 100 and 110 lbf.in (1.13 and
1.24 m.daN).
R (7) TORQUE the nuts (100) and the bolts (60), (170) to between 47 and 53 R lbf.in (0.53 and 0.59 m.daN).
R (8) Make sure that the connectors and receptacles are clean and clear of R unwanted materials.
R (9) Connect the upper extension lead connector (90) to the upper right R T495 sector junction box (parallel junction box) (20).
R (10) TORQUE the connecting nut to between 168 and 186 lbf.in (1.89 and R 2.10 m.daN) and safety with lockwire 0.032 in (0.8 mm) dia (Material R No. CP8001) or lockwire 0.032 in (0.8 mm) dia (Material No. CP8002). R
