1. 机场使用规定 1. AD operation regulations
a. 禁止未安装二次雷达应答机的航空器起
降;
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;
b. 所有技术试飞需事先申请,并在得到空
中交通管制部门批准后方可进行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and shall be made only after permission has been obtained
from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 禁止在跑道上做180°转弯; a. 180°turnaround on RWY is forbidden for all aircraft;
b. 着陆航空器进入T 滑行道后,由引导车
引导到停机位,若塔台的滑行指令与引
导车的指示不一致时,以塔台指令为
准;
b. After a landing aircraft has entered TWY T, it shall taxi into
parking stand by following the follow-me vehicle. In case the
Tower instructions are inconsistent with follow-me vehicle
guidance, the Tower instructions shall prevail;
c. N 滑行道为专用滑行道,未经地面管制
许可,不得使用。
c. TWY N is for special purpose only, and may not be used
without Ground Control clearance.
3. 机坪和机位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 未经地面管制同意,严禁航空器利用自
身动力倒滑;
a. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Control clearance;
b. 在远机位停靠的航空器由地面人员指挥
其进、出机位;
b. Aircraft Parking/docking on stand-off stand is guided by a
marshaller for entry/exit;
c. 发动机试车,需经地面管制许可,并在
指定的地点进行。严禁在廊桥附近试大
车。
c. Engine run-ups shall be permitted by Ground Control, and it
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
near boarding bridges are strictly forbidden.
4. 机场的II/III 类运行 4. CAT II/III operations at AD

b. Aircraft arriving at/departing from local aerodrome shall not
deviate to the southeast of extended RWY centerline.

1. 总则 1. General
除经塔台特殊许可外,在塔台管制区内的
飞行,必须按照仪表飞行规则进行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航线 2. Traffic circuits
起落航线在跑道西北侧, C、D 类航空
器高度650 米,A、B 类航空器高度500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the northwest of RWY, at the
altitude of 650m for aircraft CAT C/D, and 500m for aircraft CAT
A/B.
3. 塔台管制区内的仪表飞行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
a. 严格按照航图中公布的进、离场程序飞
行。如果需要,航空器可在空中交通管
制部门指定的航路、导航台或定位点上
空等待或做机动飞行;
a. Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/depatrure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may,
if necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a
navigation facility or a fix designated by ATC;
b 因本场飞行的需要,塔台可能会要求航
空器驾驶员偏离标准离场程序,保持沿
跑道方向继续上升至一定高度后转弯入
航。除非紧急情况,航空器不得提前转
弯。
b. Pilots may be required by Tower Control to deviate from
standard departure procedures, maintain runway direction and
continue to climb to a certain altitude before turning to join
the air route so as to meet local traffic operation requirements.
Pilots shall not turn in advance unless in emergency.
