The Electrical Load Management System (ELMS)
P310 panel is faulted such that it cannot
support airplane dispatch. 1) AIMS has lost
ARINC 629 communication with the P310 panel. OR
2) One P310 panel channel is lost and the other
faulted and is operating in a degraded mode. OR
3) Both P310 panel channels are faulted and are
operating in a degraded mode.

in a "No Dispatch" configuration. EEC may be
operating with a limited set of engine control
parameters and may not be capable of
