Displayed (magenta) – target FMC commanded N1 when VNAV is engaged and:
• the autothrottle is engaged in THR or THR REF mode, or
• the autothrottle is not engaged.
Displayed:
• (white) – momentary difference between engine N1 and N1 commanded
by thrust lever position
• (amber filled) – difference between engine N1 and commanded N1
exceeds normal operating parameters. EICAS alert message ENG
THRUST (L or R) is displayed.
Displayed (amber).
Displayed (green) – thrust reference calibrated for N1.

• with the FUEL CONTROL switch in CUTOFF, or

Displayed (magenta) – airspeed range for an in-flight start at the current flight
level or maximum flight level (whichever is less) when the respective engine fire
switch is in and:
• a FUEL CONTROL switch is in CUTOFF, or
• engine N3 RPM is below idle.
Cross Start Indications
Displayed (magenta):
• the in-flight start envelope is displayed, and
• altitude and airspeed are within the in-flight cross start (starter assist)
envelope.
