FIXED OXYGEN SYSTEM FOR CABIN - CONTROLS AND INDICATORS

(3) LO light
The amber light comes on if the oxygen cylinder pressure is below 200 PSI.
(4) REGUL SYS light
The SYS 1 or SYS 2 white light comes on, in case of system 1 or 2 failure due to :
Oxygen cylinder valve not ‐ in agreement with the command
‐ System power loss.
(5) REGUL LO PR light
The amber light comes on if the pressure on the oxygen low-pressure circuit is low (64 PSI), or
if the low-pressure switch fails.
(6) CYLINDER FAULT light
The amber light comes on if at least one oxygen cylinder manual isolation valve is closed.
(7) TEST pushbutton
Pressed: All the lights on the panel come on.

FLIGHT CREWS PORTABLE OXYGEN SYSTEM
Applicable to:
The flight crew smoke hood on the left back side of the cockpit, ensures the eyes and respiratory
system protection of one flight crew member when fighting a fire and in case of smoke or noxious
gas emissions or cabin pressure altitude loss.
The smoke hood uses a chemical air regeneration system, which is in the breathing key. An oronasal
mask allows the hood’s wearer to inhale regenerated air, and it returns the exhaled breath to the
regeneration system.
The hood is serviceable as long as the yellow indicator on the case is not broken. The hood should
work satisfactorily for at least 20 min.

An oronasal mask allows the inhalation of regenerated air via the inhalation valves and returns the
exhaled breath to the regenerator system.
