Decree No. 153
Regulations on Management of Licenses for the Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel (CCAR-66-R1) has been passed by the affair conference of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on August 22, 2005. These Regulations are now promulgated and will be effective on December 31, 2005.
