Initial application
The notification originals of the results of the passed written and oral examinations of the basic portion of the license, the notification original of the result of the passed examination on basic skills of the basic portion of the license, and a copy of the diploma references

A copy of the license issued in accordance with the CCAR-65 Regulations (if applicable)
Health references within 60 days before the date upon which the application is submitted
Renewal
Relevant working experience references

The license is issued in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Aviation Law of The People’s Republic of China and ICAO Annex 1. No issuance, endorsement or amendment of the license shall be permitted, except by the Minister of Civil Aviation Administration of China or by the persons authorized by the Minister for this purpose. .
