(1) Airspeed ....................................................................... REDUCE
• Flaps 0° – 181 KIAS
• Flaps 20° – 197 KIAS
• Flaps 30° – 197 KIAS
• Flaps 45° – 189 KIAS
(2) HYDRAULIC pumps 2B and 3B ............................................. ON
NOTE
The force required to operate the LANDING GEAR
MANUAL RELEASE handle is greater than 40 pounds.
The flight crew may choose to reposition the seat prior to
handle deployment.
(3) LANDING GEAR MANUAL
RELEASE............................................................................PULL
to full extension.
NOTE
The NOSE DOOR OPEN warning message may be
displayed when manual gear extension is accomplished. If
the nose landing gear is in transition, this message will be
inhibited.
(4) LDG GEAR lever .................................................................... DN
(5) Landing gear indication ...................................................CHECK
for three DN indications.
Gear disagree persists:

(6) Gear DN Disagree Procedure ......................ACCOMPLISH

• Flaps 20° – 197 KIAS
• Flaps 30° – 197 KIAS
• Flaps 45° – 189 KIAS
(2) HYDRAULIC pumps 2B and 3B ............................................. ON
NOTE
LDG GEAR lever can be cycled UP and DN. Maintain LDG
GEAR lever selection for at least 30 seconds prior to the
next UP or DN selection. If required, cycling of the LDG
GEAR lever can be performed more than once.
The force required to operate the LANDING GEAR
MANUAL RELEASE handle is greater than 40 pounds.
The flight crew may choose to reposition the seat prior to
handle deployment.
(3) LANDING GEAR MANUAL
RELEASE............................................................................PULL
to full extension.
NOTE

Hydraulic system 3 pressure is decreased to 200 psi

landing gear system.
When hydraulic system 3 pressure is less than 200 psi:
(7) HYDRAULIC pumps 3A and

(8) Landing gear indication ...........................................CHECK
for three DN indications.

Cycling of the LANDING GEAR MANUAL RELEASE

experienced difficulty with the initial pull.

more than once.
