time-available corrective action.
AUTOMATIC FLIGHT CONTROLS (AFCS)
AFCS 1 (2) INOP Respective autopilot system is
inoperative.
FD 1 (2) FAIL Respective flight director is
inoperative.
IAPS DEGRADED Integrated avionics processing system
(IAPS) degraded, failure of any of
IAPS busses on the ground.
IAPS OVERTEMP IAPS overtemperature.
VSPD/ALT REFS INDEP Pilot’s and copilot’s V speed selections
are not synchronized.
YD 1 (2) INOP Respective yaw damper is not
engaged or is failed; other channel
engaged / not failed.
BLEED
CKPT HEAT FAN FAIL Cockpit heat fan failure.
DISPLAY COOL FAIL EFIS or EICAS display fan failure.
EXHAUST FAN FAIL Exhaust (avionics cooling) fan failure.
DOORS
EXTERNAL DOOR OPEN All external doors not closed and
latched.
ELECTRICAL
AC ESS ALTN AC essential bus is powered by AC
bus 2.
AC UTIL 1 (2) OFF AC utility bus 1 (2) is not powered.
