surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of
flight.
2.3 Tlie nationality mark shall be sclccted from the series
of nationality symbols included in the radio call signs
allocated to the State of XCegistry by the International
Teleconu~iunication Union. The nationality mark shall be
notified to the Intcrnatianal Civil Aviation OrparGzatiw.
2.4 The common mark shall bc selected from the series of
symLwls included in the radio call signs a1loca1:ed to the
International Civil Aviation Organization by the lntcrnatiollal
