8.3 Recommendation.- Aflight operations oficerflight
dispatcher assigned to duty should maintain complete
familiarization with all ,features of the operations which are
pertinent to such darties, including krwwledge and skills rdated
to human performance.
Note.- Guidance mrerial to design training progranzmcs
to develop knowledge and skills in human pe~ormance can be
found in the Human Factors Training Manual (Doc 9683).
8.4 Recommendation.- Aflight operations officer@ight
dispatcher should nor be assigned to duty qfier 12 consecutive

are met.

9.1 Flight manual
Note.- The flight manual contains the information
spec$ed in Annex 8.
The flight manual shall be updated by implementing changes
made mandatory by the State of Registry.
9.2 Operator's maintenance control manual
i) a description of establishing and maintaining a system of
analysis and continued monitoring of the performance
and efliciency of the maintenance programme, in order
to correct any deficiency in that programme;
j) a description of helicopter types and models to which
the manual applies;
k ) a description of procedures for ensuring that
unserviceabilities affecting- airworthiness are recorded
and rectified;
