First of all, stop the Flight Ops Doc Manager.
You must increase the available quantity of memory for the JVM. To do so, edit the file launchFosp.bat located in INSTALL_DIR\bin.
For instance replace the current value Xmx parameter by “-Xmx1024m”.

Please note that your computer must have at least the same amount of physical memory as the set value.
5.3.8.3.2
Client/Server mode
First of all, proceed with the following actions:
•
Ask all users to logout from the application
•
Stop the Flight Ops Doc Manager server and the database.
•
Exit the FOSP Server Monitor on server computer
•
Uninstall the FOSP services. To do so, you must launch Uninstall_FOSP_Service.bat located in INSTALL_DIR\bin
You must increase the memory of server service To do so you must edit the file Install_FOSP_Service.bat located in INSTALL_DIR/bin.
For instance replace the Xmx parameter by “-Xmx1024m” on the following line :
@set PR_STARTPARAMS=-DLSBM_HOME=%LSBM_HOME%;-Xrs;-Xmx512m;-Xss2048k;-XX:MaxPermSize=128m;-jar;%FOSP_LIB_DIR%\FOSP_Server-6.0.6.jar
An accurate strategy shall be to increase this parameter by step of 256.
When the file has been modified proceed with the following actions:
•
Restart computer (not mandatory)
•
Install the FOSP services by running the file Install_FOSP_Service.bat located in INSTALL_DIR/bin.
•
Relaunch the FOSP services monitor by running the file Monitor_FOSP_Service.bat located in INSTALL_DIR/bin

Impossible to publish a manual
5.3.9.1
Symptom
An errors occurs during the publish process.
•
Look into the Flight Ops Doc Manager server trace file (FOSP-trace.txt) the following lines:
