R  6 Open the circuit breaker 901WR._ 
R  7 Turn the NUMBER OXYGEN CYLINDER selector on the QCCU to 6._ 
R  8 Connect the electrical connectors to the applicable pressure_ 
R  reducers. 
R  (c) If the fault continues: 
R  1 Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring if necessary_ 
R  between: 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR1 connector A pin A and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 1 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR1 connector A pin B and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 2 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR1 connector A pin C and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 3 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR2 connector A pin A and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 4 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR2 connector A pin B and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 5 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR2 connector A pin C and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 6 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR3 connector A pin A and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 7 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR3 connector A pin B and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 8 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR3 connector A pin C and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 9 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR4 connector A pin A and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 10 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR4 connector A pin B and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 11 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR4 connector A pin C and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 12 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR5 connector A pin A and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 13 
R  - Pressure reducer 990WR5 connector A pin B and the QCCU 
R  connector B pin 14

 

R - Pressure reducer 990WR5 connector A pin C and the QCCU
R connector B pin 15
R - Pressure reducer 990WR6 connector A pin A and the QCCU
R connector B pin 16
R - Pressure reducer 990WR6 connector A pin B and the QCCU
R connector B pin 17
R - Pressure reducer 990WR6 connector A pin C and the QCCU
R connector B pin 18.

R (2) If the TEMPERATURE light comes on:

R (a) Replace the TEMPERATURE TRANSDUCER (975WR) (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-R 11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-11-400-001).

R (b) If the fault continues:

R 1_ Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between:
R - QCCU connector B pin 40 and the temperature
R indicator/transducer 975WR connector A pin A
R - QCCU connector B pin 41 and the temperature
R indicator/transducer 975WR connector A pin B
R - QCCU connector B pin 42 and the temperature
R indicator/transducer 975WR connector A pin C
R - QCCU connector B pin 43 and the temperature
R indicator/transducer 975WR connector A pin C.

R (3) If the COMPUTER light comes on:

R (a) Replace the QCCU (960WR) (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-34-000-001) and
R (Ref. AMM TASK 35-23-34-400-001).

R (b) Do a check and repair the aircraft wiring between:
R - C/B 901WR and QCCU connector A pin 1
R - QCCU connector A pins 2, 3, 5 and GND.

R B. Make sure that the light(s) do(es) not come on again and the PASSENGER
R OXYGEN panel does not show I -- I in the cylinder pressure display area.

R 5. Close-up

R A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
