INTRODUCTION
General
This document is prepared, issued and revised by Aviation Partners Boeing for the exclusive use of its customers and is intended for use in provisioning, requisitioning, storing and issuing line maintenance parts. The content of this document is proprietary to Aviation Partners and its customers and is subject to change. The use of any part of this document by any other person or persons for any other purpose without written consent of Aviation Partners Boeing is expressly prohibited. In addition, Aviation Partners Boeing expressly disclaims any and all responsibility arising from or in any way related to any such use without Aviation Partners prior written consent thereto. This document is produced to support the configuration of the aircraft at the time of delivery to the original customer and changes submitted by the customer after delivery. It does not necessarily reflect the current configuration of any specific aircraft.
There are two configurations defined by the 757-200 APB wing retrofit in accordance with STC No.ST01518SE. They are as follows:
The Dash –1 Kit contains all of the structural modifications in the wing for a winglet configuration, except, in lieu of winglets, the basic wing tip is reinstalled. The modifications consists of the following:

Reinforcement of wing structure.
.
New upper and lower outboard wing skin panels.
.
Adapter plate between the modified wing and the basic wing tip.

Installation of the Load Alleviation System (LAS), deactivated.
The Dash –2 Kit contains all of the structural modifications in the wing for a winglet configuration, including the installation of the winglets. The modifications consists of the following:

Reinforcement of wing structure.
.
New upper and lower outboard wing skin panels.
.
Installation of Adapter Plug.
.
Installation of blended winglets.
.
Installation of the Load Alleviation System (LAS), activated.
.
Flutter ballast weights (included in the adapter plugs)
From this point forward, an airplane configuration with the basic wing tips installed shall be referred to as a Dash –1 Kit. An airplane configuration with APB winglets installed shall be referred to as a Dash –2 Kit.
This document supplements D6-49286, Boeing 757-200 Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalog (AIPC) for 757-200 aircraft retrofitted with Aviation Partners Boeing winglets. Only differences from the production 757-200 are addressed in this supplement.
