1 Basis of presentation
China Southern Airlines Company Limited (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are principally engaged
in the provision of domestic, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and international passenger, cargo and mail airline
services.
The Company was established in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) on 25 March 1995 as a joint stock limited company as part of the reorganisation (the “Reorganisation”) of the Company’s holding company, China
