This Noise Document is made pursuant to Annex 16, volume 1, Attachment G to the Convention on
International Civil Aviation (hereinafter referred to as “ICAO Format”) and approved as a part of
Airplane Flight Manual. In Japan, Compliance to the Noise Requirement is certified as a part of
Airworthiness Certification. Noise Certificate is not issued and Noise Characteristics are described in
the Airplane Flight Manual. Therefore, Japan determined to incorporate this Noise Document into the
