1 1.3.1.6 TRANSMITER STABILITY
The basic frequency stability of the transmitting function shall
be such that the difference between the actual carrier of the
PSK transmission and the SSB assigned frequency shall not
exceed:
a) 20 FKz for W Lai rcraft station sub-systems: and
b) 10 Hz for HFDL ground station sub-systems.

11.3.1.5.1 M-PSK C4RRfER
The M-PSK carrier expressed mathematically shall be defined

11.3.1.8 PROTECTION

For HFDL aircraft and ground station transmitters. {he peak

b) on any frequency between 4.5 kHz and 7.5 kHz lower
than the HFDL assigned frequcncy, and on any

HFDL assigned Srcquency: at least 35 dB: and
o) on any frequency lower than 7.5 kHz bclow thc HFDL
assigncd frequency and on any trequency h~gher Lhan
