CONNEXION TO THE APPLICATION, CREATION OF FODM USER
3.1
Connexion to the application using root user
Using the shortcut in the start menu to launch Flight Ops Doc Manager:

The login form will be displayed next to the splash screen:

First connection to Flight Ops Doc Manager application must be done with the root user. This account has been configured during FODM installation (see Figure 6).
After a root user login, FODM displays the “Manual Manager” panel.

Caution: root user cannot load or modify manuals. Create Author or Manual responsible profiles first.
3.2
User creation
In the menu bar, open “Admin”, then Choose “User Manager”.

The Users Manager window lists the users with their associated information and status in a dedicated table.

Create a new user:
In the menu bar, open “File” > “New” > User.

Alternatively, use the “Create User” functionality using the toolbar button .
The “Create User” windows appears.
The login must be unique.
Choos “manual responsible” profile.
