ATFCM DELAY SITUATION FOR 20092
Total delay in minutes due to ATFCM measures decreased by 36.1% when compared with
2008. The average ATFCM delay per movement was down 31.5% to 1.6 minutes (as
opposed to 2.3 minutes in 2008). The number of flights delayed was down by 37.8% and
the percentage of flights delayed fell by 4 percentage points to 7.5%.
2 A flight is considered delayed as from 5 minutes.
